The Matzah:

This year, dozens of families in Israel graced their Passover tables with boxes of Birkat Haaretz shmurah matzah. These matzahs were baked with the utmost care and were guarded under the supervision of the Badatz Eda Charedit of Jerusalem, to prevent contact with water, starting at the time of the wheat harvest. The matzah was made using wheat grain grown by Birkat Haaretz, wheat through which all Birkat Haaretz members were able to fulfill the Land of Israel mitzvoth related to wheat. The matzah was distributed to Birkat Haaretz members around the wold, and given out free to needy families in Israel, who were grateful both for the financial help and for the opportunity to eat rare matzahs through which so many mitzvot were fulfilled.
