It is quite a sight to behold to see the three year old grapevines in full bloom. What was once vines in winter dormancy and bare of leaves, have suddenly burst into full growth. Bircat Haaretz is hard at work on a plan to start a boutique winery that will produce a line of the finest wines from our carefully tended-to vineyards, typical of all wines produced in the rich fields of Israel. Birkat Haaretz wines will be rich in body, taste, and full of Mitzvot to be shared.
