What we do:

Rabbi Yosef Chaim, the Ben Ish Chai, yearned to fulfill the Land of Israel mitzvahs. Therefore he hired Rabbi Eliyahu Mani, who lived in Eretz Yisrael, to purchase land for him and to act as his envoy in performing the Land of Israel mitzvahs. (Sefer Rav Brachot)

Bircat Ha’aretz owns and maintains agricultural land in Israel which is divided into units of 250 square meters (2,700 square feet) per parcel.. Our farmers and caretakers work daily in preparing the grounds, planting the orchards, and maintaining them to ensure the utmost care is given to the land. Throughout the year, and at the proper harvesting times the fruits are picked and the wheat and barley are harvested. A part of the produce is then available for our share owners use, and the remainder is sold to fund the maintenance of the fields.

Our individualized liaison system with our land owners enable the fulfillment the the different mitzvot throughout the year. Owners will receive choice products shipped worldwide throughout the year. Imagine having dates and pomegranates for Rosh Hashana, Matzah for Pesach, a lulav for Succoth, oil for your Chanukah menorah and Shabbat candelabra, and wine for kiddush and havdalah. All from the property that you own !!

A Beit Midrash which focuses on mitzvot contingent on the Land of Israel and provides halachic consulting for the project is set up on our premises, with a group of Rabbis who will spend three years clarifying the process.
